Breastfeeding is a learned skill for both mother and baby. It takes practice. Each baby has its own ability to access your breast milk. Kristi will simplify breastfeeding basics which will help guide you as nature intended. Through a variety of breastfeeding classes and one on one consultations, Kristi will assist your specific needs. Follow the links for a suitable class. Helping your baby to get the best possible start, while empowering you to achieve your personal breastfeeding goals is a priority. Home, Hospital, or Office visits are available. Consultations may be covered by your Insurance.

This 2 hour workshop is designed to be taken in your final trimester. Breastfeeding basics and practical techniques prior to the birth of your baby will better prepare you and will help to avoid and overcome challenges.
